Cannabis Online/Curbside Fulfillment
We are looking for a cannabis enthusiastic team members to assist with fulfilling cannabis online and curbside orders. You will be trained on URB's online and curbside process to assist you with fulfilling accurate orders in a timely manner. Curbside service involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
An outstanding team member should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, time management organization, and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are receiving the right order and are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer's sales order.
- Building and setting up profiles in systems.
- Updating all steps during the process of applicable software program applications.
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship.
- Answer customer's questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Report on all issues to management.
- Keeps up to date all regulations and policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, etc.
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area.
Cannabis Online/Curbside Fulfillment Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 21 Years of age
- Cannabis experience preferred. Some training provided
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Open availability on mornings, evenings and weekend scheduling is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
