Cannabis Sales Specialist Job Duties:
- Promote work environment that is positive and customer-service oriented.
- Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures.
- Staying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
- Running curbside orders to customers
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of all customers.
Cannabis Sales Specialist Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
- Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred.
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer.
Cannabis Sales Specialist Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 21 Years of age
- 1 years of cannabis retail experience preferred. Some training provided.
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Morning, evening, and weekend availability is a must.
- Shifts are as follows; 10am -7 pm / 2pm-9pm / 9am-9pm *negotiable with hiring manager
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds. This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
