Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to identify safety improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual in order to best communicate with our employees
- Proven experience (preferably 5 or more yrs of experience) as a Safety Coordinator or Construction.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (OSHA).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- [preferable] Certification in safety-related programs (OSHA 30-Hour).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- 3 or more years of driving experience
