Guest Services Host At Urban Cowboy Nashville

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Services Host to be the welcoming face of the hotel. As a Guest Services Host, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, managing guest inquiries, cleaning public spaces, cleaning and setting rooms, and laundry. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills will ensure a positive first impression and smooth operations at our front desk.

Guest Experience Manager & Director of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lobby Set Up Break Down | You’ll be in charge of making coffee, putting out breakfast, generally making sure the lobby is prepared for guests each morning.
• PMS Management | Create and manage hotel reservations, check guests in and out, properly manage guest billing and payment handling
• Assist with Housekeeping | Communicate housekeeping needs with team, assist with cleaning & setting rooms for arrival, assist with laundry. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Guest Service | Assist guests with special requests in a courteous and helpful manner, maintain ambience throughout the house, and create a memorable experience for all guests

REQUIREMENTS

• Appropriate social interaction skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to work quickly - may assist in flipping up to 8 rooms a day
• General computer skills. (Previous PMS knowledge preferred, but not required)
• Ability to handle physical workload, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs.

SALARY HOURS EXPECTATIONS

• $18/HOUR TIPS
• 20-40 hours weekly
• Weeknight and weekend availability required
