Overview
We are seeking a Spanish speaker and highly organized and friendly Dental Receptionist/ dental assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be some days in the receptionist role as the first point of contact for patients, and other days dental assistant providing exceptional patient care.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. We would love a Spanish speaker.
Duties
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar effectively.
- Handle patient inquiries, providing information about services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process patient billing and insurance claims, including knowledge of medical billing practices.
- Communicate with dental staff regarding patient needs and appointment changes.
Skills
- dental assisting skills in a general dentistry setting.
- Bilingual "SPANISH" skills are a must, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
