Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with receiving trucks, stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory counts
• Oversee the organization of the warehouse, including the layout and maintenance of storage areas
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient delivery processes
• Supervise and train warehouse associates to ensure high-quality service and productivity
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with merchandising needs, including the assembly and display of furniture products
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software and technology
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck
