The Recovery Specialist is a highly valued role at UGP. You’ll work alongside Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers in a high-end, multidisciplinary setting, delivering exceptional 1-on-1 care to help clients reduce pain, prevent injuries, and improve their movement and golf longevity.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct golf-specific movement assessments and skilled orthopedic evaluations
- Design individualized treatment plans including rehab and mobility programming
- Work closely with Golf and Fitness departments to support full-spectrum golf development
- Provide five-star client care with professionalism and empathy
- Complete follow-ups, internal communications, and written programs
- Report performance updates to the Director of Performance
- Help maintain a world-class facility and client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Active license to practice in California (Required)
- Experience with soft tissue or joint mobilization techniques
- Specialized certifications (e.g., NASM, CSCS, ACE) preferred
- Golf experience and passion strongly preferred
- Sales experience a plus
- Strong communication and time management skills
- CPR or BLS certification (Preferred)
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend availability

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
