We are currently recruiting new professional talent to our growing team, including an Accounting Receivable Specialist in our Palm Desert, CA office.
Summary:
- Responsible for our monthly invoicing process
- Assist Project Managers with monthly billing and follow up with customers
- Assist with accounts receivable processes
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure customers are compliant with billing and records requirements
- Assist with company credit card expense tracking
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting principles and procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is desirable or related experience in an accounts receivable or Order-To-Cash function
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct is preferred
- Excellent communication with Customers, Vendors, and employees and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
