Position Summary:
We are seeking a Grants manager who will manage the grants life cycle for UHP grants. This includes working with UHP grant program managers and finance and legal departments for submission of grant contracts, compliance with deliverables and the use of funding. Responsible for the overall management of the Outreach and Enrollment Department and its programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum $80,000 per year; Maximum $90,000 per year

Onsite, Bronx, NY: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 years of previous grant or program management experience required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred.
- Effective leadership, communication, reporting and organizational skills.
- Serves as point of contact for grant processes; grants development, and maintenance.
- Establishes grants management objectives, procedures for grants and deliverable schedules.
- Develops and maintains specialized databases and systems for recording, tracking and reporting on grants.
- Ensures the completion of performance deliverables of all grants to ensure efficiency and maximization.
- Overall management of the Outreach and Enrollment Department and its programs.
