The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, the leading champion of empowerment and opportunity for African Americans and others throughout the region in securing economic self-reliance, social equality, and civil rights, is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others to work as a Data Coordinator to support our St. Clair County Outreach center. This is a part time position.
The Data / Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems to include but not limited to Apricot, Salesforce, Counselor Max, Illinois Works Reporting System and internal databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date, accurate and accessible. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our databases and supporting various administrative functions in a grant-based environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform data collection and entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and precise input of client data.
- Transcribe information from various sources into databases or spreadsheets.
- Utilize pivot tables and other office tools to analyze and organize data efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
- Produce weekly and monthly programming reports as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
