Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified Information Technology (IT) System Administration - Senior / Specialist position to join the IT Services (ITS) team. This position reports to the ITS Network and Telecommunication Manager. The work schedule is hybrid with three days on campus, two days remote. The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the college.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
- Administer and maintain Okta including setting up SSO Authentication with 3rd party apps and publishing applications within Okta.
- Administer and maintain email firewall, emergency notification system and Active Directory synchronization tools.
- Monitor systems performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the M365, Okta and other cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including data protection, compliance, and threat management for all SAS / Cloud offerings.
- Collaborate within IT and other departments to support business needs and projects.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on relevant cloud applications and features.
- Assist application development staff in testing and deploying new applications.
- Perform research, planning, testing, and implementation activities related to technology initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest updates and industry trends to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.
- Document work in the department's incident tracking system and knowledge base.
- Develop, edit and review department technical standards and procedures as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.

Successful candidates typically start at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
