Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Urban Medical Aesthetics is a leading medical specialty specializing in advanced skincare treatments and aesthetic services. As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations for our valued clients.

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday - Friday 10-5 and Saturdays 11-2

Compensation:

Some of our Receptionists make $800-$1000 per week. It really depends on how proactive you are with following up with leads, selling over the phone, and scheduling.

Potential to earn commission on packages, memberships, and product sales.

Experience:

• Customer Service and Sales Experience: 3 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to enhance patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Utilize EMR systems for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Maintain cleanliness at the spa
• Selling Skin care
• Selling skin care treatment packages
• Managing social media
