Responsibilities include but not limited to coordinating maintenance and project management, tracking and entering contractor invoices, and payments, management of tenant accounts and delinquencies, working with homeowners, vendors. Must Have reliable transportation follow-through skills Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft excel and word. Property Management (residential & association management) experience preferred but not required.
