Role Responsibilities:
Drive Co-op Program Growth: Support Associate Director, Brand Partnerships in the management, continual growth and refinement of the brand co-op program that aligns with Urban Outfitters’ vision and is structured to generate positive year over year revenue for the company. This role will drive end-to-end processes as well as day-to-day management of partnership programs, managing co-op contracts and program budget, ensuring alignment with URBN legal processes and implementing a more formal process for revenue collection.
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with buying team to establish strong relationships with market brand partners by delivering thoughtful and innovative omni-channel campaign opportunities. Work closely with cross functional partners, specifically on the Digital, Social, Merchandising and Creative teams, to build strategic dedicated placements for co-op across brand channels
Effective Campaign Management: Lead end to end campaign management of 360 marketing campaigns focused on our co-op program or brand partnerships. Begin with clear and effective briefing of all marketing co-op needs, ensure smooth asset delivery and launch, monitor campaigns with a critical eye, and finally work closely with Analytics team to report and share back results both internally and externally.
Seasonal Alignment: Lead brand partnership and co-op integration into UO brand programs and seasonal execution, working closely with brand management team to ensure co-op investment is effectively integrated across seasonal campaigns to drive results.
Brand Advocacy: Effectively communicate the UO brand positioning and campaign initiatives to external partners and sell them into our activations. Create pitch decks and recap decks for co-op brands that prove UO’s marketing value and offer thoughtful insight to campaign highlights and recommendations.
Creative Oversight: Partner closely with our creative team to ensure concepts, journeys, and tactical deliverables are met and align with objectives, and work back with internal and external stakeholders on necessary creative approvals. Manage assets and ensure seamless delivery to channel owners and partners.
