Role Summary
Urban Outfitters is seeking a Senior Director of eCommerce who will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous optimization of the organization's eCommerce strategy. This individual will oversee all online retail operations, including product assortment, site merchandising, user experience, SEO strategy and technology. The Senior Director will drive the vision for an innovative and effective digital commerce experience, fostering growth in revenue and customer engagement. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership ability to manage teams across various functions.

Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience driving eCommerce growth
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
