Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Services Program Manager located in Denver, CO. The Clinical Services Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of clinical services, providing leadership and supervision to clinical staff. Responsibilities include developing and implementing program strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with community partners. The role requires frequent interaction with clients, conducting assessments, and ensuring that services are delivered effectively to support the youth in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management, including budget management and strategic planning
- Leadership and supervision skills in managing clinical staff
- Strong understanding of clinical services, assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with community partners and stakeholders
- Relevant experience in social work, psychology, or a related field
