Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Community Development Investments in areas of the Community Development Financial Institution, Invest PGH, Inc.
- Work with Community Investment Manager on a marketing plan for leased properties.
- Work with Quality Control Officer on data integrity in The Mortgage Office loan management software, under the direction of the Quality Control Officer.
- Assist Engagement & Operations Manager with outreach efforts.
- Assist staff with preparing writing & editing content for external & internal communications as needed.
- Work with staff across departments to support all functions of the Commercial and Business Lending office as directed.
- Perform short-term research projects as assigned related to external engagement and internal process improvement.
- Participate and contribute to internal strategic conversations regarding strengthening the Pittsburgh small business community
- Performing other duties.
- Must be an active graduate student, pursuing a degree.
- Open to all public policy, and business degrees or closely related field.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Familiarity with Adobe publishing
- Demonstrated academic or professional experience with business lending and/or economic development.
