- Provide guidance and support to the real estate team, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Oversee transaction timelines and ensure all requirements are met with precision
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance
- Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights based on metrics and analysis
- Support client relationships by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness
- Prepare market analyses, reports, and presentations for clients and leadership
- Collaborate with the Broker on recruitment and team engagement initiatives
