Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architectural Designer role located at our offices on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for tasks related to phases ranging from Conceptual Design to Construction Drawings and Construction Administration. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architectural Designer role located at our offices on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for tasks related to phases ranging from Conceptual Design to Construction Drawings and Construction Administration. Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Developing project design under direction of a Principal, sometimes independently and sometimes in collaboration with other project team members.
- Preparing drawings, diagrams, and other visual representations that can be used for client communication and planning purposes.
- Assisting in preparing hardline plans, sections and details for permitting and construction.
- Assisting in ensuring that all plans are designed in compliance with building codes and relevant regulations.
- Assisting in coordinating with engineers and other specialists to meet project goals.
- Other tasks as needed in a collaborative group design setting!
