Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing signage projects, including new installations and service work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple signage projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, permits, and work orders.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, updating them on project milestones and addressing any concerns.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to support project execution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local permitting requirements.
- Support service work requests by scheduling and dispatching technicians as needed.
- Utilize project management software and internal tools to track project timelines and deliverables.
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field (signage, construction, or manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and project management software (experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus).
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, or technical drawings is a plus.
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday through Thursday, remote work on Fridays.
