Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive Construction Document (CD) sets for luxury commercial and residential renovation projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Maintain expert knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 7 years of experience in luxury commercial and/or residential architecture and interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of NYC building codes and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
