Your Role

As our Marketing Manager , you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and enhancing customer engagement. You'll lead campaigns, elevate our brand, and ensure our marketing initiatives resonate with homeowners' needs while emphasizing the importance of pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Create Compelling Campaigns :

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including seasonal promotions (e.g., spring termite prevention, summer mosquito control) and service-specific offers.

Develop engaging content that educates and motivates customers to act.

Elevate the Brand Experience :

Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all touchpoints, from pre-treatment instructions to post-service follow-ups.

Highlight the importance and value of pest control in safeguarding homes.

Support Sales Success :

Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide high-quality leads and effective marketing collateral.

Equip the sales team with persuasive tools that showcase our solutions.

Engage Customers :

Drive customer retention with creative loyalty programs and personalized reactivation campaigns.

Use targeted outreach like emails, texts, and seasonal alerts to keep customers informed and engaged.

Leverage Digital Channels :

Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, and email marketing, to maximize lead generation.

Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and performance reports to guide decision-making.

Deliver Measurable Results :

Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and present insights to the executive team.

Optimize campaigns based on data to continuously improve outcomes.

Collaborate Across Teams :

Partner with operations, customer service, and sales to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Work with external vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital strategies.

Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the pest control or home services industry.

Familiarity with pest control cycles and seasonal trends.

Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
