Job Description:
- Develop engaging training materials and programs using SAP Enable Now and OnScreen.
- Create interactive and user-friendly e-learning modules, simulations, and tutorials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops (train the trainer)
- Work with the Training Lead and OCM team to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain and update training documentation and resources.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training tools and platforms.
- Work with the SMEs and workstream leads to develop the content
- Proven experience as a Training Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in using SAP Enable Now and OnScreen for training development.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with other e-learning tools and platforms.
