What are the responsibilities and job description for the Raw Materials Inventory Management Coordinator position at URBN?
Role Summary
URBN is looking for a Raw Materials Inventory Coordinator to assist the fabric team with platform and fabric bookings to ensure correct data entry into the PLM system. This role works with cross functional partners within brand to cross check errors and make corrections and verifications. Works with overseas fabric merchandisers to verify draw downs and information is correct.
Role Responsibilities
- Data entry into the PLM for all fabric bookings
- Responsible for running weekly reports to look at ownership /position data
- Rectify issues with reporting /classification and variances with position balances
- Data analysis and summarization of Brand ownership monthly person and lead for working with the overseas fabric merchandisers
Role Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of excel and experience of working in PLM and Qlik preferred
- Strong data accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
