Duties

- Utilize software for managing patient accounts and records efficiently.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless patient flow and address any issues that may arise during appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- No previous experience in a medical office environment is required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
