The Position: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Program Coordinator/Youth Development Facilitator to inspire and support children in grades K-5 and grades 6-8 through engaging, learner-centered activities. This position provides in-school, after-school and summer support to students. As a leading team member, you will create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth. Your role is to empower young minds, cultivate curiosity, and nurture leadership, guiding students toward becoming confident, creative, and compassionate individuals.
