Our extensive portfolio of products establishes proven protocols for the care and management of wounds, skin, and skin breakdown.
The IT Support Specialist position requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems, including SQL, ERP (SAP), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Snowflake, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments. This role is crucial in supporting UMNA infrastructure, supporting users, and driving process automation initiatives.
This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Remote work is not available for this position.
Requirements :
Duties and Responsibilities
- ERP Support : Assist with existing ERP and SAP Implementation, Support / Training, Automation, and Integration with EDI and other Business Platforms.
- Automation & Process Improvement : Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline IT / Business operations.
- Database Management : Perform SQL queries, manage databases, and support cloud data solutions.
- User Management : User provisioning, permissions, and management via Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Etc.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting : Support end-users, resolving issues related to Windows 11, Teams, VoIP, SharePoint, audio-visual equipment, Etc.
- System Administration : Help maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake environments.
- Collaboration Tools : Support Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, and other communication tools.
- Documentation : Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Grow in a Global Team : Assist Global URGO IT as needed and work within published procedures.

Physical Demands
