We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to lead our FOH Catering Team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of catering events, ensuring high quality-service and manage a team to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate catering events, including banquets, corporate functions, and private parties.
  • Create memorable decor and innovative buffet setups.
  • Collaborate with chefs to plan menus and customize them based on client preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff in customer service, setup, and decor.
  • Monitor event execution to ensure flawless delivery of all details.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during events.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and coworkers for seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, staff supervision, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with urgency to respond to emails.
  • Creativity for designing decor and buffet setups.
