Your Impact:

• Oversee and expand clinical operations for a remote team of Nurse Practitioners delivering in-home health assessments and virtual care.
• Lead initiatives around risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine innovative, tech-enabled healthcare delivery models for Medicare and Medicaid populations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license.
• Proven leadership experience at Director or VP level, specifically managing clinical teams across multiple locations.
• Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR quality measures, and value-based care delivery models.
• Experience managing or scaling clinical operations within Medicare or Medicaid populations.
