What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Groundskeeper position at URS Properties?
Key Responsibilities:
The Facilities Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the property's exterior appearance by performing various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
This includes mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, and other tasks as needed to ensure the property looks its best.
In addition to these duties, the Facilities Groundskeeper will assist with making ready units, maintain cleanliness throughout the community, and help support and assist vendors and contractors on site.
We are looking for someone who is physically fit, has good communication skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
