About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
Additionally, you will complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner, inspect vacated apartments, and maintain the service shop.
You will also assist and supervise contractors or vendors working onsite, respond promptly to resident service requests, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
