Responsibilities of an entry-level Business Development Manager:
- Oversee the sales team to ensure the growth of the department
- Source new leads and secure business through proactive approaches i.e., interpersonal meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist the sales team by developing strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
- Track all records of sales and revenue
- Active contribution to our growth strategy and wider business plan
- Train entry-level staff to excel in sales
- At least 1-2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development Management experience
- Excellent presentation skills with groups of all sizes and levels of management
- Must be able to work independently to achieve sales goals
- Ability to travel to meet the demands of the assigned territory
- A higher education degree is preferred; however, a candidate with equivalent training and experience will always be considered
