As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of our SRM programs by providing direction and ensuring programmatic success across multiple applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing internal SRM program execution, leading project teams to meet customer requirements, and providing leadership and oversight for DoD development programs. Additionally, you will develop, oversee, and coordinate the cost/schedule/technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects, review status of engineering projects and budgets, and identify opportunities to deliver results through achieving payment milestones.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills, with 5 years of experience as a technical program manager, project or team lead. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, and a Master's Degree or MBA is preferred. You should also possess strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and requirements, demonstrated success in complex program definition and management, and a DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
