Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive program progress from identification of market need through sustainment and obsolescence, manage customer relationships, and lead regular program-specific meetings with key stakeholders. They will also define program objectives, align resources required to execute, and own evaluation of technical and program risks/opportunities. Additionally, they will identify and help realize program or product opportunities to strengthen the business.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Mechanical Engineering. You should also have 8-12 years' experience in program management, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains. Proven experience leading a team of peers to field integrated hardware-software products to real operating environments is essential.
