What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Facilitate receipt of new approved music documentation in collaboration with Music Development and Music Operations
Assist in preparing new artist contracts and contract renewals, ensuring 100% accuracy
Manage music files to ensure they are signed off and available for use promptly
Execute administrative tasks including data entry and file management within the music operations team
Monitor copyright compliance and collaborate with internal teams to address any issues
What is Required (Qualifications) :
3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts / music organization
Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Tableau, and Cortex
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with artists and understanding music industry contracts and copyright
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Familiarity with digital asset management systems and digital service providers (DSPs)
Knowledge of copyright laws and experience in managing copyright compliance
Experience with DDEX standards
Background in music-related fields is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in music business, communications, or a related administrative discipline
