Job Description
As the Billing Specialist with Trans Ova Genetics, you will play a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate client billing for TOG and our affiliated companies. Our ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and enjoy mining data and identifying variances. You will also have the opportunity to display your passion for providing exemplary customer service when assisting clients with questions and payments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Import, review and reconcile production reports
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand variances in data and determine errors
- Prepare monthly client statements
- Process payments from clients over the phone
- Research and respond to client queries related to account and / or invoices
- Assist with preparing deposits and cash application
