Qualifying Experience
Experience with contracting principles, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate leadership experience as a contracting professional achieving program results across complex and diverse organizations, ensuring the office's mission and objectives are met. Experience with business practices and market conditions as applicable. Experience with applying contract price/cost analysis techniques to a variety of pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions. Experience leading junior contract specialists.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires that the incumbent be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal U.S. Resident for a minimum of 3 years.
- This position may require CONUS and OCONUS travel for official business.
- This position requires the incumbent to possess, or obtain and maintain, a valid regular or official U.S. Passport.

- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other related software as required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or at least 24 semester hours of course work in business management topics.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Posses Architecture and Construction contracting experience in a cradle-to-grave capacity.
- Experience with construction contract administration of multiple solicitations/awards at one given time.
- Experience in all phases of the contracting process.
- Held a contracting warrant.
