Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Security Architect to join our team. The Data Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of our organization's data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data security best practices, as well as experience with data encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data security policies and procedures
- Design and implement data encryption and access control measures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and develop remediation plans
- Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure data security is integrated into all systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data security trends and technologies
- Provide guidance and training to other IT staff on data security best practicesRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in data security architecture
- Strong understanding of data security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with data encryption, access control, and vulnerability management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
