The Global Programs Director is responsible for overseeing and managing global initiatives across multiple regions and service lines. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in program management, cross-cultural communication, and global operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for global programs aligned with organizational goals
• Manage a portfolio of global projects and initiatives across various countries, cultures and service lines
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients globally
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards in program execution
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Identify opportunities for program expansion
• Collaborate with other service lines to align global programs with overall organizational strategy Represent the organization at high-level meetings

Requirements:

• 5 Years in real estate and facilities environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work well in a demanding environment
