The Employee Relations Consultant plays an important role in addressing employee issues and providing recommendations to mitigate risk for the firm. This position helps bridge gaps in perception, understanding, or performance expectations between employees and management. The Employee Relations Consultant supports solutions that align with JLL's commitment to fair and equitable treatment of its employees and promote JLL's best interests.
This role will focus on handling a wide range of employee relations cases and providing administrative support to the ER COE team, including but not limited to maintaining and updating ER databases and tracking systems. This position reports directly to the AMR, Employee Relations Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Management:
Manage and investigate a diverse range of employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, policy violations, and misconduct allegations
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, including interviewing relevant parties and gathering evidence
Analyze findings and recommend appropriate courses of action
Document case details, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Consultation and Support:
Provide guidance to managers and employees on ER-related matters
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other relevant departments to resolve complex cases
Conflict Resolution:
Provide conflict resolution strategies to managers and employees
Occasional travel may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related field (internships considered).
