Job Summary:
As the Office Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in the success of our organization by overseeing and managing all administrative operations. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new agents, maintaining and updating software systems, processing applications, and ensuring that sales agents and partners have everything they need to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Onboard new sales agents and provide necessary tools and support
- Oversee day-to-day office functions and ensure smooth operations
- Input and submit new merchant applications; follow through to ensure approvals
- Maintain, update, and navigate various software platforms
- Serve as a point of contact for existing agents and partners, providing ongoing support
- Track and manage tasks with strong time management and attention to detail
- Handle all operational responsibilities and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or operations
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage multiple software systems
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Experience in the merchant services industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
