- Serves as the Liaison Officer to an outside agency or major military command.
- Provides assessment of and presents actual or predicted impacts of natural, cyber, or other manmade events on critical infrastructure.
- Sole representative of the agency and engages with key leadership and staff for coordination of response and to provide subject matter expertise in areas concerning critical infrastructure.
- Explains CISA's mission, policies, authorities, organization, products, services, and incident response to Department of Defense military, civilian, and contractor personnel, to include general officers and senior executive service members.

Qualifications
To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying.
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level, if you have :
EXPERIENCE : At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties :
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations.
Education
No Educational Substitution : There is no substitution of education for experience for this position.
