US Farathane is seeking an EDI Coordinator at our Tech Center in Auburn Hills, MI. The EDI Coordinator is responsible for ownership of all EDI maintenance in the Parts database. This person will also be responsible for clearing EDI exceptions for new part set up and new cross reference set up existing parts. Areas of responsibility include Product Data forms, production bills of materials, internal Engineering Change Notices, invoice registers and direct interaction and support of all US Farathane Plants. This position is fully onsite at our Tech Center in Auburn Hills, MI.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clear EDI exceptions - new part set up
- Product Data form conversion to production bills of material.
- Engineering Change Notice processing
- Invoice registers (Invoices on hold for lack of standard cost)
- Plant support (Internal customers)
- Continuous improvement of all processes related to customer service data.
- Other duties as assigned – support Engineering Program Coordination
Qualifications:
- Experience with EDI process and documents.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of bills of material, preferably in injection molding.
- An understanding of MRP/ERP.
- Bills of material/Routing; revision control, cost audits, error proofing.
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of ownership.
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
