US Farathane is seeking an experienced Trainer in Georgetown, TX. This position trains personnel to achieve customer satisfaction. Following all procedures and work instructions, achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety assuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Hours are 11pm to 7am starting Sunday night and ends Friday morning

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Be able to satisfactorily complete all responsibilities associated with those of the Production Operator
- Successfully complete USF “Train the Trainer” program
- Insure a safe work environment
- Effectively communicate operator requirements to new personnel
- Fill out the training sheet upon successful completion of training by new personnel.
- Should know who to contact for all issues (Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Emergency Response Team members).
- Update training matrix
- Know how to properly fill out production sheets and board
- Become familiar with all new processes which come into our facility
- Certify that operators are trained.
- Track and confirm completion of all training materials
- Conduct testing for potential new hires
- Facilitate delivery of training and onboarding materials
- Be able to verify, make, and trace labels
- Plant tour and safety checklist
- Complete necessary follow-up and check-sheets associated with new employees (new hire presentation, follow-ups, 30 day review, etc.)
- Suggest improvements for cell layouts.
- Distribute working materials needed to perform the jobs safely.
- Communicate production and quality issues / concerns with associates and supervision during shift meetings.
- Participate in team problem solving activities (ie, 8D’s, communication meetings, etc).
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ie, Quality Manual, Associate Handbook, etc).
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
