What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Coordinator II position at US Fertility?
Due to our phenomenal growth and expansion, Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator II to join our Brooklyn office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communication
- Working the front desk
- Scheduling patient appointments and in-office procedures
- Managing the physician’s schedules and preparing letters and reports and handling special projects as assigned
- Act as the key liaison with the MD, clinical, and other staff members to ensure all administrative functions are completed
This full-time position requires one rotating weekend shift and two holidays at our Madison Avenue location in Manhattan.

Qualifications:
- A successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and reading skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite) is required and with Nextgen is a plus.
- Medical office experience is a plus and interest in the field of reproductive medicine is a must.

Starting Pay: $21.63 per hour
