This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We have an immediate opening for a sonographer to work in our Denver, CO office. This position performs a variety of sonographic examinations for fertility patients. This is a part-time position working every other Saturday and Sunday 7am -1pm.
Pay$45-$50
How You'll Contribute:
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Sonographer is responsible for:
- Performs detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology
- Makes necessary measurements & calculations
- Documents results utilizing our electronic medical records
- Provides explanations of procedures
- Establishes personal rapport with patients
What You'll Bring:
The skills and education we need are:
- Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school, and meeting the requirements for registry by ARDMS
- RDMS/RVT required
- Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
- Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job
- Prior experience with fertility patients strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health
