US Lawn and Landscape is seeking a SELF-MOTIVATED - PASSIONATE individual to help us manage a lawn mowing crew in Bowling Green, KY. The company is in the process of adding an additional mowing crew and continue to grow its footprint within South Central Kentucky, and this position will be critical to accomplishing that goal.
Potential candidates should be PASSIONATE about MOWING and taking care of lawns, able to MULTI-TASK, be SELF-SUFFICIENT with STRONG leadership skills, and able to manage 2 other crew members. The position is responsible for overseeing two employees which they will be working with daily. This position will require daily meetings with operations manager/other crew leaders.

Responsibilities:
· Complete mowing/landscape bed maintenance tickets daily.
· Maintain Truck, trailer, and equipment daily including washing and servicing.
· Manage two workers on the crew as well as manage hitting labor and material budget for the jobs.
· Ensure work is completed correctly and quality standards are followed at each property.
· Report all issues, concerns, etc. to Operations Manager.
· Sit in on daily production/planning meetings with Operations Manager and other crew leaders discussing processes, material and labor budgets, scheduling, & Logistics.
· Ensures all workers adhere to SAFETY policies and guidelines.
· Conducts daily truck, trailer, equipment inspections.
· Communicates any accident or safety violation to Operations Manager in a timely manner.
· Motivate, train, & coach your own crew to be the best that they can be.
· Conduct daily jobsite walkthrough prior to leaving completed job.
· Quality control and analysis of work being performed with your crew.
· Continually works to improve quality and efficiency with crew.
· Approximately 90% of daily work outside running mowing equipment & 10% inside of shop.
· Must be able to lift 50-100 #’s.
· 24-hour service hours required during snow removal (separated into 2 shifts).

Required Experience
10 years of mowing/maintenance experience preferred.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Driving with trailer experience required.
Drug Testing available upon request

**PAY RATE LISTED WITHIN POST**
This position is an hourly position with overtime as well as bonus opportunity. The pay scale listed is related to actual crew leaders total compensation with hours worked including bonuses.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
