Your position as a customer service representative is to be the first person to answer the phone and to interact with our customers and to provide them information in response to inquiries about our products and services and to handle and resolve any questions or concerns. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential to service the customer in a friendly, polite, professional, and expeditious manner. Duties will include (but not be limited to) the following :
- Receiving phone calls
- Returning phone calls
- Order taking

- Taking detailed messages
