Duration : 6 months contract
Work Arrangement : Hybrid position - 3 days per week in office
Pay Range : US $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Who we are looking for / Requirements :
1 year of experience in technical support, IT monitoring, or system operations.
Basic understanding of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services).
Familiarity with Azure and AWS, including resource monitoring and management.
Experience with monitoring tools to track system health and performance.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing
Monitor and respond to system alerts across cloud (Azure, AWS), network, applications, servers, and databases.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic system performance and connectivity issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or technical teams.
Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
Perform routine system health checks and generate performance reports.
Provide first-level support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Respond to alerts and perform preventive tasks to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate with teams to improve incident response and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on monitoring best practices and emerging cloud technologies.
