You will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing and communications initiatives that support our mission-driven branding, sales, employee engagement, and business expansion.
The Role
You'll be part of our growing Communications Team, helping to create internal and external content that strengthens our brand positioning, enhances digital storytelling, and supports our customer experience and employee engagement efforts. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to create engaging content for internal and external audiences.
A Day in the Life :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and produce creative digital communications campaigns that reinforce our branding, drive sales and enhance customer and employee engagement.
Develop and schedule B2B content across multiple social media platforms, including text, images, and video. Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical insights to optimize future efforts.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop compelling digital and printed materials, including website copy, LinkedIn videos, marketing collateral and employee onboarding, magazine and training resources.
Update company websites with engaging copy and visuals optimized for SEO. Regularly review and report on analytics to inform communications strategy.
Design and refine marketing materials that consistently reflect our brand strategy and market positioning.
Work closely with leadership to develop engaging presentations, graphics and multimedia content for cohesive visual storytelling.
Tackle additional projects that support our evolving communications and marketing strategies.

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2-5 years of experience creating compelling digital content in a corporate marketing communications role.
Experience in B2B marketing, AP-style writing, and graphics design preferred.
Qualifications

Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including persistent follow-up.

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and processes.
Ability to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations to optimize strategies.
Ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams across the organization.
Experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Experience working with SEO applications, web analytics tools, and paid search for B2B campaigns is a plus.
Ability to travel periodically as demands for projects may require.
